  • Day 01

    Arrival at the Tribhuwan Int`l Airport in Kathmandu (1,345m) & transfer to hotel.

    Our airport representative will be receiving you at Tribhuvan Int`l airport, Kathmandu and s/he will be displaying our agency signboard outside the airport terminal. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel in our private tourist vehicle. In hotel, welcome drink followed by tour briefing.

  • Day 02

    Pre-trip meeting and sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley

    At around 8am, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your tour. This includes a final briefing and preparations for the trip. For the meeting, please make sure you bring passport, two copies of passport-size photos, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance, if any, and sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late and therefore are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting.

    After the pre-trip meeting, your sightseeing trip will start at around 8:30 am. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide (if needed) at your disposal.

    Destinations we cover :

    Kathmandu Durbar Square
    This complex of palaces, courtyards and temples, built between the 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of the ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. An intriguing piece here is the 17th- century stone inscription set into the wall of the palace with writings in 15 languages. The Durbar Square is the social, religious and urban focal point of the city. There are also three museums inside the palace building.

    Bouddhanath Stupa (the Buddhist largest stupa in the world)
    Bouddhanath stupa is another must visited place in Kathmandu valley enlisted in world heritage sites in 1979Ad by UNESCO .This colossal stupa is known by the bouddhanath, the God of wisdom. This Bauddha stupa was built just after the demise of Lord Buddha and is the largest single Chhorten in the World.

    Swoyambhunath Stupa /Monkey temple ( 2000 years old Buddhist Stupa)
    A golden spire crowning a conical wooded hill, Swayambhunath Stupa is the most ancient and enigmatic of all the holy shrines in Kathmandu valley. Its lofty white dome and glittering golden spire are visible for many miles and from all sides of the valley built during the 5th century AD.
    Watches over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Its establishment is linked to the creation of the Kathmandu Valley out of a primordial lake. Swayambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.

    Pasupatinath Temple (one of the biggest, sacred and famous Hindu temple in Nepal)
    Pashupatinath temple is also one of world heritage site listed by UNESCO. It is one of the holiest Hindu shrines in the world. It is dedicated to a manifestation of Shiva called Pashupati (Lord of Animals) which is built in the familiar pagoda style during fifth century by King Prachanda Dev.

  • Day 03

    Drive Kathmandu -Pokhara (200km/6-7hrs.) & transfer to hotel.

    Breakfast & drive for Pokhara (200KM / 6-7 hours) observing the scenic views on the national highway along the Trishuli River. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Evening walk around the tourist area of Lake Side and enjoy the view of western Himalayan ranges with Mt. Machhaphuchre.

  • Day 04

    Fly to Jomsom & Visit to Muktinath Temple

    After Breakfast, early morning fly to Jomsom. Upon arrival at Jomsom, walk over to the hotel which is 2 minutes from the airport. Recently the route has been widened and 4×4 vehicles can only drive. The path is a Dirt road. The ride is Bumpy all the way. The drive takes about 1.5 hours one way.

    Upon arrival at Muktinath it is another 30 minutes’ walk from the base to the Temple. Darshan on your own of Muktinath& following the same route return to Jomsom. Darshan of Muktinath temple.To visit Muktinath, the clients will have to walk for about 15-20 minutes over the Kali Gandaki River. Here there is no means of transport as on the river there is a narrow bridge – vehicles cannot cross. After crossing the bridge take the Jeep on sharing basis for Muktinath.  Originally the route from Jomson to Muktinath was a trekker’s route only.

  • Day 05

    Fly Back to Pokhara & Sightseeeing of Pokhara Valley

    Fly back to Pokhara early morning and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is sightseeing of Pokhara Valley.

    Destinations we cover :

    Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple
    Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.

    Devi’s fall
    Locally known as Patale Chhango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.

    Gupteswar Cave
    The revered Gupteswar Cave is situated 2 kms from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.

  • Day 06

    Morning visit to Sarangkot for Sunrise view Drive Pokhara-lumbini (270km/7-8hrs.) & transfer to hotel.

    This morning you will go for an excursion trip to Sarangkot & Bindhabasini temple. Drive to Lumbini & and transfer to hotel. Rest day at leisure.

    Destinations we cover :

    It is the most popular tourist destination from where the tourist can enjoy the great view of the Pokhara Valley and the magnificent view of the mountains. Sarangkot is only 13 kms from Lake Side, Pokhara. Sarangkot is the highest view point for a sunrise and it is just 1592m high. Sarangkot is cooler than Pokhara. Sarangkot can be reached easily by 45 to 60 minutes by a car ride to the top from Pokhara. Many tourists come to Sarangkot for sunrise view and go back.

    Bindebasini Temple
    This is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara was a part of Kaski Kingdom, the main deity of the temple, Goddess Durga, was brought from India. Apart from the peace and tranquility that can be felt in this region, the premises of the temple offer a good view of the Himalaya on a clear day. The temple is in the area of the bazaar; hence a journey of the old bazaar can be combined with a visit to the temple.

  • Day 07

    Sightseeing & visiting around Lumbini, drive lumbini-Chitwan (180 km/4-5 hrs.) & cultural show of Tharu community in the evening

    After breakfast, we will do sightseeing & visiting around Lumbini. Then, lunch & check out from hotel for driving to Chitwan. On reaching the resort in the National Park, our Guest Relations Officer will brief about program. Then, you will be participating the cultural show of Tharu Community & have dinner there.

    Lumbini is located in the south-central Terai of Nepal, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. For millions of Buddhists the world over, it evokes a kind of holy sentiment akin to the significance of Jerusalem to Christians and Mecca to Muslims.Lumbini was granted World Heritage status by UNESCO in 1997. Lumbini is the place where Lord Buddha – the apostle of peace, and the Light of Asia – was born in563 B.C. We can see the beautiful monasteries and temples build by the different countries. It is also the best place to study the Buddhist history, art and architecture. Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, etc. is the major attraction in the lumbini among the pilgrims and archaeologists.

    Chitwan National Park is one of Asia’s premier wildlife reserves. Its 360 square miles of tall grasslands and forests are home to a wide variety of mammals and birds, including several endangered species.

  • Day 08

    Activities in the Chitwan National Park

    Enjoy Jungle observation at Chitwan National park. The highlight being the Elephant Safari in the jungles. Other activities are Canoeing, Dugout canoe, Nature Walk and Bird Watching. Also experience walking through the forests with naturalists

  • Day 09

    Drive to Nagarkot via Kathmandu (190km/6-7 hrs.) & transfer to hotel

    After breakfast, drive to Nagarkot via Kathmandu on our private vehicle & reaching there some rest.

     Meals: Breakfast Only I Overnight stay at hotel or resort in Nagarkot.

  • Day 10

    Nagarkot /Janakpur Flight

    Drive to the domestic airport to board flight for Janakpur. Janakpur is also known as Janakpurdham. It is one of the historical and religious cities of Nepal. The most historical reference of Janakpur is in the Hindu epic of Ramayana, where Lord Rama’s wife Sita Devi (also called Janaki ) is said to have been the princess of Videha. When she grew up, the king announced that she should be wed by whoever was able to string the divine bow of Shiva. Though many royal suitors tried, Lord Rama, prince of Ayodhya, alone could even lift the bow. As Rama and Sita are major figures in Hinduism, Janakpur is an important pilgrimage site for Hindus.

    Visit the Janaki Temple on foot which is 5 mins walk from the hotel.

  • Day 11

    Fly back to Kathmandu & free for your own leisure time

    Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day will be free for personal activities.

  • Day 12

    Transfer to the airport for your final departure

    After breakfast, our airport representative will drop you back to Airport for your final departure with “sweet memory” of Nepal.

  • ACAP PERMIT” (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit) for Foreign and Indian Nationals to be collected from ACAP office in Kathmandu &Pokhara. Failing to obtain the ACAP permit at either KTM or PKR will require paying double the amount as a penalty at Jomsom. A copy of the passport and 2 copies of passport size photos are required while applying for the permit. Clients will have to obtain this permit on their own as agents are not entertained. However, we shall assist the clients for the same.
